Who we are
Tavi is a company based in Cairo, Egypt. This policy covers this website (jointavi.com) only — not the Tavi apps, which have their own terms.
What we collect
When you send a form: your name and mobile number, plus your email, business name, team size, the product you’re interested in and your message if you fill them in — together with the page you sent it from, the site you came from and the ad campaign if you came from an ad. When you browse: the pages you open, your device and browser type, and your approximate country from your IP address.
Why
To reply to you and set Tavi up if you ask us to, to learn which pages help people and which need work, and to measure how fast the site is.
The tools we use
Forms go straight into our own Tavi CRM, and use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from spam bots. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics (Clarity records interactions such as clicks and scrolling, without recording what you type into forms), and our own performance monitoring. These providers process the data under their own policies.
Cookies and storage
We store your preferred language (tavi_lang) and light/dark choice (tavi_theme) in your browser, a random device id that lets us count visitors without knowing who you are, and the campaign you arrived from. The analytics tools set their own cookies.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. It only reaches the service providers above, for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Form data until the conversation is over or you ask us to delete it. Analytics data for each tool’s retention period.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion at any time — reach us through the contact page and we’ll reply the same working day.
